Hey guys im having troble losing weight...can u guys help me out? i dont know what do do..or where to start... my story..well...im 16 and all my life i was fat...i am 195 pounds..i always get teased...i always get picked on by whoever is near me...it hurts me so much.. but by reading your guyes success stories it has helped me abit...please can you give me some advice?

Hey there.. My advice for you is... Eat a small breakfast.. A CUP of cereal with skim milk... then have lunch a tuna sandwich OR fat free ham or bologna.... Or for lunch or dinner eat a smart onez meal!! those are really good and soo healthy for you.The most important thing you can do is EXERCISE!! also if you are like me and you have those late night cravings then eat fruit or something small.. NOT a meal.. If that doesn't help drink LOTS of glassed of ice water.... It makes you pee a lot LOL but it fills you up.. GOOD luck on the diet.. I wish you the best!!
