this is my calorie intake for my diet
Break fast-230
Lunch- 350
dinner-410
snacks-210
= 1200
If you eat low fat you can get alot of food in there!

did you no that low fat products yes are low in fat compared to normal but have tons of sugar init and then wen it gets in2 ur body gets converted into fat

low fat doesnt exactly mean low fat- and plus, u should eat more calories bc calories r ur energy and u need energy to exercise! a low calorie system can actually make ur body absorb more fat than it does a high calorie one

Wow, you did really good! Whenever I eat as little as 1,200 calories I get hungry...Lol too many cravings!
