Hey..
I'm so proud of my self.. I'm doing so good on my diet all this week... This is a big step for me!.. Does anybody have any good diet food ideas.. things I could eat? thanxs and GOD bless! GOOD LUCK EVERY 1

Good job! One tip would be to drink alot of cold water because i heard somewhere that you burn calories when your body tries to warm it up. Also try to chew sugar-less gum because i also heard it helps to speed up your matabolism.

u don't need "diet" foods. Just eat regular food, but in moderation! good luck!
