ok so.. i have a problem.. it seems like whenever i'm bored i eat little snacks.. but i'm wondering if there's like a small snack that i can eat whenever i'm just looking for something, that's not gum, and doesn't have alot of calories in it. even if i'm not hungry.. i still eat! it's crazy.. any suggestions at all would be helpful. thanks and good luck everyone!
Reply from roxanne, Age 18 - 06/05/05 - IP#: 69.152.252.xxx hey lissa. i have the same problem of snacking out of boredom. what might work is making healthy snacks in advance. like cut up fruits or veggies, put them in bags in ur fridge so that when u want to snack, it'll be just as easy to eat healthy as junk food. hope this helps. lots of luck!!!
Reply from orcy, Age 17 - 06/04/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx vegtables..1/2 a cup of carrots have like 25 calories..so you can eat a lot, but try to avoid dressing. and fruit tends to have more calories and sugar so it wouldnt be good for snacking all the time but you still need to have it. or drink water.
Reply from Lauren, Age 15 - 06/04/05 - IP#: 82.3.32.xxx celery, only about 2cals per stick, healthy, cheap, helps to speed up metabolism but then again i think it tastes horrible! nuts, none salted of course but they are a good source of protein aswell
