Alright..i did SO bad this week and now its sat. and the last time i exercised was monday :(..i have been so busy w/ the pressure of school work and stuff that i havent been exercising and just eating..like unmm for exanple yesterday i got home, had a bagel w/ cream cheese, then i went to the movies and had a large diet coke, a whole box of cookie dough things thats like 400 cals, and a few handfuls of popcorn.......then i went over my friends house and had a lean pocket and i 100 cal pack.....i amso ate a full lunch and dinner...lol so yeh that waz basically my week...full of junk...i did drink water though lol...So today i am gonna do wicked good and all this week and im goin for a run today...and i hav riding for 3 hours i'm goin on a trail ride! tough terrian woot woot cant wait!!! Ok but after all that junk i surpirzingly didnt gain any weight lol...im still 151.5..haha and today i am goin dress shopping lol..that should be intersting...well today i for brek i had 1 peice of french toast w/ bannanas and strawberries on top w/ light vermont maid syrup (oh and the 1 peice of bread for the toast waz homemade,12 grain and wheat) so yes...i need to do good today..wow this post is long...later

Thats alright..we all have our dayz..or sometimes weeks in your case lol. Just get back on track and i'm sure u'll do fine. Good luck!

mm that sounds good i want that for brekfast..
