ok well to go with the not eating any more junk AT ALL rule lol ive decided that if i eally want to lose weight i'll have to exercise so i did an hour on the exercise bike and took the dog a 25 min walk around where i live and then up a big hill to get home, im gonna walk her again after tea. is that enough exercise for a day? heres what i have eaten- bfast= a massive bowl of coco pops (that was b4 i made the vow to not eat junk lol), lunch=2 slices of wholegrain ryvita spread with lurpak, some lettuce, 3 small tomatoes and 4 thick slices of cucumber, tea= chicken caeser salad (the caeser salad dressing which comes int he kit has A LOT of fat and calories in it so im going to use some we already have which only has about 70 cals per serving and like 0.2g of fat. ive also been drinkin a lot of water. is this ok? sum1 plz reply! xx

thats good but if your gonna give up junk food completely it might be hard because once you eat it again youll probably never stop so it might be better to have it like once a week or a few times a week,
