how did i so so far: breakfast::a lil bowl of special kay cereal and a banana//lunch: a fruit salad thing and a 100 cal pack and a piece of string cheese. the only thing is i havent had anything to drink all day. if u do drink 8 8oz things of water a day does it rely help you loose weight?? cus i have been doing that but i dont like it that i have to pee alllll the time. But ne ways im gonna do iit so i can peel off these pounds..HAHa (sorry its sorta long tell me how i did))) me<3

you did fine...but you deff. need to drink more whatever because its really good for you and can help beat cravings and such

lol. Well if you have ice cold water, i've heard that you actually burn calories when you body tries to warm the water up. So far, it's worked for me! good luck! lol
