Hey I did really good today..
I was so suprised. We wen't to mcdonalds and My family got burgers and fries and all that and.. I got regular salad.. with fat free dressing and then I got a yogurt " low fat.." I am so happy I did it.. I bought a skirt a little while ago and I couldn't even get one button done.. Today I wore it and it fit great.. I'm a lot more happy!
