What is this toning for teens strength trainig all about. I've heard of it but I dont know what u do or what it does. Does it really help u lose weight. And what do u have to do. I would really appreciate the help

i did the workout, and i dropped a size, in 3 weeks! i get bored doing the upper body part,,it hurtS!! Anyway!! it works !! and its good!! buy the book, and it comes with dieting guide..and stuff

yeah like sammy said it does get boring (expecially lower body days) but it also worls so maybe its worth the sacrifice of boringness

It's a book that you can buy at any bookstore. You do certain exercises that help to replace fat with muscle. Also, you are pretty much garenteed to get down 3-4 pant sizes in 12 weeks. I think I'm gonna try it, although orcy said that it can get boring after a while...lol
