Im thinking about doing an all liguid diet... like only water and soups. is this healthy?

it depends what kind of a liquid diet you do. if it's just water and nothing else, then no it's not healthy. there are detoxification diets that are similar to liquid diets because you just drink juices and tea and water that you only do for like a week or less that clean your system out.

yeah the sodium in soup with make you bloated there for it will make you look bigger than you actually are. If i were you i wouldn't bother.. cause you cant live off of liquids and as soon as you start eating things again your just gonna gain the weight back.. its much better to just watch what you eat and excerise. good luck though<3

maybe for a day or to but i wouldnt do it for to long..and soup has a lot ogf sodium,, so you have to look out for thinks liek that.

That is something I would do.. People might say no but I think it is healthy.. Make sure you put Chicken or something in your soup though.. you need a little meat.... good luck
