heyy i need help im gona be goin to massachutesetts and im goin to the beach and to six flags and i wana lose weight before july 3 how much weight could i lose before tht? thnxs

you could lose 10 pounds by then.. just eat healthy don't eat late at night.. no soda and exercise... How long are you going to mass 4? have fun.. and Good Luck!
