I read the post that some one wrote about the toning for teens strength training book...Could some one tell me alittle about it like the author of it and stuff..??
Reply from me, Age 14 - 06/05/05 - IP#: 200.63.250.xxx I have that book, and it does work, i only did the workout for, um, 3 weeeks, and surely i dropped a size!! its good, but tiring, like one day you do ur upper body part and ht enext lower with abs, and stuff!! I bought the book at barnes and noble, nad i think it was like 20$ and u also have to buy thumb bells, and stuff!! But its a really good workout, and the book also gives u a diet to follow, and it kinda like counsels u , about not beating urself over because u r overweight and stuff!! I've restarted hte program today!! i hope this helped

I cant remember the auther right this second, but if you look up 'Toning for Teens' on google or another search, it will come up. You can buy it at borders and also, it pretty much garentees (sp) you will drop around 3-4 pant sizes in 12 weeks. I'm gonna try it and see how it works though.
