hey! i haven't been on here in awhile! well im about 2 weeks into the summer right now..i'm 5ft and weight 130, it's probably not a lot but i look like fat because im so short. i want to loose 10 lbs really badly. see my bday is in 6 days and i want to go shopping with my mom but i'd rather go shopping after loosing some pounds. is there anyway i can loose 10 lbs in 2 weeks? if so how? thx so much <3

Choose a sport that you're good at and start training, that way, you can be better at that sport and you can also lose weight! And when you have free time and you can't go outdoors or anything, you can stay at home and do sit-ups, push-ups and stuff like that.

Then watch..or count your cals, carbs, suguars..(i htink im forgeting somehting) and follow serving sizes. Also drink lotsa water adn exercise!!! i exercise everyday for like 15-22 minutes on fat burn on my treadmill and watch what i ate adn i already lost 3.5 pounds. it doesnt seem like alot but it is to me. also another altreanative is zone perfect bars. for more info talk to mia about them (a person on this site) well...hope i helped some good luck!!! <33
