Hi, I am 6'0 and 465. I can barely move. I just sit around and watch tv, and play around on the computer. I asked my parents if they could help me but they both said that I WASNT FAT!!!! I'M 465, HOW CAN I NOT BE FAT??? My doctor said at this rate (gaining 5-10 pounds a month) I am getting ready for possibly a heart attack before age 25 and/or diabetes. But I cant really exercise so it is really hard. I just eat ALL DAY! I can't even go to school, I'm home schooled, thats how bad it is. We went on vacation to Florida last week and my mom made me take off my shirt at the beach. It was SOOOOOO EMBARACING!!! Plus I just sat there and ate ALL WEEK. Someone please help me!

try to get active like jsut walking around adn def cut out all junk food. fruits adn veggies rely arent that bad. But you can do it good luckk!!!! <33

hey it feels great when you lose a couple of lbs. Eat about 1700-1800 cals a day and do a tiny bit of excersize each day and build it up till you can do about .... well as much as ou can do :)

well, maybe if your to unfit to excersice, you could start by limiting your food intake (about 1800 calories a day since your a guy) and then after a month or so slowly begin to excerisce..start by just walking like, 1/4 mile or something then work up to being able to jog a mile or whatever your goal may be! good luck!

Hi, i'm 16, 5'5 and 405. I DESPERATLY need to LOSE WEIGHT!!!!!! I can barely move. It's just TERRIBLE. I can't go to school or drive or anything. I need serious help!

hey you can lose the weightjust get off your butt....if you really wanna lose weight then i believe you can do it!! just eat less and stay hungry and try to only watch like 1-2 hrs of tv a day okay?? if you need nemore help or advice or w/e you can email me (kyliesmiley@kc.rr.com)

do some exercises or do something to keep your mind off eating. try zone perfect bars. get a personal health trainer and exercise trainer. don't hesitate to ask your parents because you can overcome your weight.
