This past November i had got on the scale and i realized i put on a ton of weight,I weighed 157 pounds.I decided i could defintley look better and feel better about myself if i lost some weight.I started exercisng daily and started on a diet called TOPS-take off pounds sensibly.The diet tells you to eat certian amounts of food from each food group so your caloire intake would go down. It was so hard at first, but i did it. i also eliminated pop and chips. This diet was more like a lifestyle change. I now curently weigh 135, 5 pounds away from my goal weight. I am so proud of myself.I never thought that i could do it.I have never felt this good in my whole life! You can do it too, you just have to push your self.My mom went on this diet also, having family support really helps. Dont give up!

Alycia thats kind of rude and 5 more lbs is actually perfect and techinically she doesnt HAVE to lose any more weight at all
