Question:: does drinking 8 glasses of water a day make you LOSE WEIGHT, or is it just HEALTHY??? im realy curious. thxks!!

water does not get rid of fat. You can use it as an apetite surpresant, but it doesn't actually eliminate the chub.

Its healthy and if you do it daily you will actually lose 7 pounds a week.

Its healthy, but it can alos help you lose weight if you use it to prevent cravings. also it will make water wait (from to much sodium) go away faster so youll be less bloated and stuff

I think it helps a LITTLE bit, but mostly b/c it is for ur health, and it makes u feel better like the aquafina commercial.BE HAPPY, DRINK MORE WATER, ACCWAFINA. lol
