5'7 and 163 tell me what u think. i have stretch marks on my sides. what can i do to lose weight? i only eat 2 meals a day and exercise 3 times a week. help email me @ soccakicker@yahoo.com with suggestions or post below

maybe you should eat more. I know they say to eat like what 5 or 6 small meals a day..i dont do that i eat like 3 meals a day and snacks but jus try to eat like 3 or 4 times a day and healthy like fruits adn veggies. Good luck!!! <33

you shoudl eb excerizing more because to lose weight u need to excersize 95 minutes a day.. its a fact my moms a doctor and that liek the new guidlines.. excersizing 3 times a week will prob just keep u at ur weight right now and not help u lose weight

well 5 small meals might not work for you, but at least eat 3 meals and 2 snacks. eat about 1200-1500 calories a day, and make sure to excerisce, but dont over work yourself/

do not, i absolutly say do not eat only two meals a day. eat 5 small meals
