what exercises, or things could I do to LOSE some weight... I wan't to be smaller next year.. I wan't to feel happy.. and if possible I would like to lose some more weight b4 july 4th.. what could I do? <3 megan

You could try to cut out junk food and soda pop eat lotsa fruits adn veggies..or like Mia said do zone perfect it works rely good if it wasnt for her i prolly woulndt stick to my diet for exercise...the only things i rely do is like ride a mile a day on my bike twice a day and run on a treadmill on fat burn frm 15-25 mins everyday. sometimes i use a abroller hting but i dont c results and ive been using it for a while it jsut burns when i do them. Another hting is Toning for Teens i orderd that today becasue they dont have them in stores where i live. You could try that some people said they saw results but it was very very boring, but i am going to try it anyway cus i rly wanna lose some weight. but ne ways hope i helped some! GOOD LUCK! =) <33

welll how much weight to you want to lose?? as far as food, limit your sweets and give up soda. drink more water and have lots of veggies (they have tons of fiber so they'll keep you full). also like mia said zone perfect bars are good. they are meal replacements and even though they look small there quite filling, although some people don't like them..for excersice, a good balance of cardio and strenght training. cardio will burn fat, and strength training will burn fat faster and help you gain muscle. you can prob. lose like, 8 lbs by july 4th, but with strength training you could lose a couple inches! try to do strength training 3 days a week ( not 2 days in a row though) and do cardio 4 days a week..and make sure to give you a day to rest..fitness magazine, which you can probably find in a grocery store, has awesome strenght thraining excersizes, and jogging burns fat around your middle. if you don;t like jogging try dance or tae bo! good luck!
