What do most of you do for fitness?? My fitness routine has been going great and i lost about 2 and a half pounds not much but i only started June 1 so that good. I want to know because i'd like to do different things on monday and tuesday not the same machines with a different program ex. elpical one day will be manual then next hills. Something like that and of course i don't have to be at the gym and sometimes i'd like not to be 1. it could be crowded 2. hot 3. wonderful outside...well you get the picture bye!

awesome job! and if you like to switch up your cardio routine swimming during the summer, skating, bike riding, and jogging is great

Great JOB!! sounds like you have a good lil program going on loll. I do the same thing every single day and im starting to get board a lil bit. So im gonna try toning for teens. Good job adn good luck htough~!!:) <33

wokr out videos like walk away the pounds i want to start my jogging again, bike , elliptical or just dance when my song comes on the radio

walk or run outside or on a treadmill. dance to songs, much like that. i do soccer too.
