I'm quite confused. Normally i am 155 pounds and 5'5'' Last week in the morning i got on hte scale adn was 152 (i was soooo happy! So im down 3 pounds! :) ) but then when i wegihed myself anytime after that i would be 155 (like that day in the afternoon) So yesertday i did super de duper and AND THIS MORNING I GOT ON THE SCALE AND WAS 144 POUNDS!! OMG!! so i kept weighing myself and it didnt change. So i go sit in the living room and come back out like 25 mins later get on the scale and i was 151. I am so confused. First of all i dont think you can lose that much weight in like 3 days even though i have been eating healthy and also..why would my weight change that fast? i didnt eat anything since the first time i stepped on the scale adn i wasnt like shifting my weight or anything so i dont know. If i cant figure this out i guess ill wait til tomrow morning and see. But i no i lost some weight..lol thanks and good luck w/ everyones diets!!! :) <33

Reply from orcy, Age 17 - 06/07/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx ok, well first of all only weight yourself first thing in the morning before you eat, thats the only time its accurate. you could have lost a lot of water weight. also there could be different effects like what you wear wearing cuz that could affect it..and make sure your scale is in the same place. awesome job though on the weight you lost!@

The batteries may be low, which in turn screws up what numbers may appear. I've had that happen to me before, you might want to check it out. But, your weight may fluctuate, so don't get too scared. It might be helpful to set times for yourself or certain days when you check your weight. Then it might be more accurate. Hope I helped!

Reply from emis, Age 15 - 06/07/05 - IP#: 68.20.208.xxx LOL hatter! yeah both Mia. no junk food no soda just fruit veggies and chicken/such. also i dont eat in between meals adn ive been have hte zone bars. then i exercise on teh treadmill on fat burn for like 20 minutes everyday and ride my bike first a mile then just wherever i want to for 30 minutes eveyrday then ive been drinking 8 8oz glasses of water eevryday.
