Omg, i just tried to do a workout video and could only do 20 minutes of it and i was tired so i took me a break and then rode my bike machine for 30 minutes and i was going to go walking but it started raining. I never knew i was that much out of shape that i couldnt do that whole video, that really sucked. But oh well ill eventually get to where i can do it all, lol. Well i was also wondering how often should i weigh myself cuz i know they say you shouldnt do it everyday. Thanks. Good Luck to you all. Lauren

Try to do it a little more each time and it will build your endurance and pretty soon you'll be able to do the whole thing. Which is in fact very good. Just once a week, in the morning. The body fluctuates water weight a lot, so it's good to have a set time and day of the week to do it. Hope I helped. :) ~Miss K
