Reply from orcy, Age 17 - 06/07/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx well if you wanna eat 1200 have 300 cal meals and 3 100 cal snacks..i sometimes have a 300 cal brek, 400 cal lunch, 500 cal dinner, and one 100 calorie snack..i think that equals like 1300..but anyway thats what i do but it depends on which meals you like to eat more in..aim for 1200-1500 a day though to lose like 1-2 lbs a week
