But, by making healthy choices...it will melt from all over you body, and eventually it will come off of your tummy area. Especially if that's where you're storing it. Since, you're 13, that's even better. A majority of this is baby fat...and as you mature, you'll get taller and it will stretch out. Just make sure during these critical times you make responsible choices in what you consume. Don't drink you calories (Don't drink soda...high calorie drinks) and eat many, many fruits and veggies. You can never go wrong with vegetables and fruit, they're nutritious and can be tasty :) Good luck. ~Miss K
