Hey well im 14 years old and i weigh 207 pounds and im trying to lose it but I like eating does anybody want to give me tips please I need to lose weight for my 15 year old Quinsianera

Cut out all junk food and soda pop..try to eat fruits adn veggies adn drink lotsa water and exercise!! LOL good luck wiht your diet i no you can do it!! :) <33

fill up on healthy things (vegetables, fruit etc) and drink a lot of water and chew gum (sugarless though)

I love eatting too. I found a healthy tip is to drink a tall glass of water before meals, to fill my tummy up so I don't over eat during my breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Then eat half of whatever it was you were going to eat, and then fill the other half with fruits or your favorite veggie. Most of us don't get enough water and we can't distinguish hunger from real thirst, so drink lots of healthy fluids. Stay away from sodas. Don't drink your calories, save them for your meal :) Hope I helped. You can do this! ~Miss K
