ugh ive been doing sooooooo bad.. we went to traders joes and bought so much good.. i mean its all most healthy and all natural but still.. today i had a slimfast shake for breakfast and a orange.. then i had 3 california rolls and half a pida with lettus and cheese.. and then a cup of this noodle stuff my mom made.. but i keep eating these damn oatmeal cranberry cookies my mom got.. there all natural but still.. ugh.. i worked out for 30 min of the eliptical and then i just did an hour of pilates.. so hopefully i will be okay.. jeeze i need to stop eating.. i love food way too much.. well good luck tomorrow everyone.. <33

It's sooo difficult to change our relationship with food so that we control what we intake and the food doesn't control us. Just tell yourself whenever you've having trouble "I control what goes into my mouth. Food doesn't control me. My body is a find machine that I will feed correctly!" Well...ok, that would sound kind of funny coming outload. But, whatever works right? Anyway, don't deprive yourself if you're really craving something. It it helps, just take 3 bites of it. Saver each one. You'll be more content if you chew it slower and really sit back and enjoy the food you're eatting. We have so many taste buds in our mouths, we don't really give them a chance to work! You'll be suprised how much better it tastes once you sit back, chew slower, and really "eat" your food right. Reply from Kylie, Age 14 - 06/08/05 - IP#: 69.76.241.xxx well, don't stop eating...here's a trick I've learned, switch up your calorie intake, like on day eat a low-calore diet, the next day eat a mid-calorie diet, and the 3rd day, and keep going through that cycle...it keeps ur metabolism up and it really does work i promise!! just believe in urself!!
