Any diet drugs that sounds too good to be true, probably is. At our age we should avoid ANY kind of "miracle pill" unless it's a vitamin or prescribed by your doctor. Not only are we not satisfied most of the time, but we're also risking hurting our body on the inside! This "nitetrim" may sound like a good, all-natural way to lose weight quickly, but unless it's prescribed by your doctor, I wouldn't jeapordize your body for it. Stick to a more natural realistic plan, and don't depend on a pill to do the work for you. The results will be more satisfying, you'll keep the weight off, and you won't waste your money on a harmful substance. Not to mention, a lot of people with continuous use have had serious heart problems and other health-related issues, some even been linked to a number of deaths. Herbal diet pills, even though they're "all natural," can have potentially dangerous side effects depending upon their ingredients. Most are only FDA approved because they're considered a food, not a drug. Lastly, here's something I found on herbal diet pills on howstuffworks.com: ("Herbal" doesn't necessarily mean "safe." Also, because they are considered part of the food industry and are therefore regulated differently by the FDA, there is no guarantee that they can live up to their manufacturers' claims.) So there you have it. I hope you really think about all this before you purchase anything. Please be safe and take care of your body. You are a beautiful person! I wouldn't give you all this information if I didn't think you couldn't do it :). Again, good luck! ::hugs:: ~Miss K
