hey wutz up everybody!well im only about to be 13 and i way 210!its really depressing.im always put last in my family because im not as skinny ass all my other cousins.i hyav a cuzin my age and she is tiny.and she has more body than i do and boys are alwayz goin to her trying to talk to her and they dont even notice me.i feel out of place in my family and this might sound pathetic but i cry myself to sleep thinkin bout it.i have don stupid things in my life and i wana lose weight.i nneed advice.WHO EVER TAKES THE TIME TO READ THIS AND GIVE ME ADVICE...THANXS.

Hey I am the same way. I am fat and it hurts. I wen't tp a store today, I can't fit into anything worth wearing, not that my family has money for it anyways.. My sisters nice name for me is fatty! so don't feel bad, your not alone.. I hope things get better 4 u... no that some day they will!

It's ok to feel insecure, or embarrassed. Know that you are NOT alone. There are lots of teens out there going through the same thing. Hey there! A good way to start is to cut out all soda pop and junk food. Then watch what you eat more closely to see where your problems are. Eat losta fruits adn veggies. There rely not that bad lol. Also its a good thing to drink a lot of water, even if you start with flavored water to get you going. Another thing is to try to exercise like swimming riding a bike or just walking. workout videos (like walk away the ppounds) are great and they rely get you going. Hey Hun! Listen to me, if ya wanna change and I know u do, starting is the hardest thing. Trust me I know! LoL! I used to cry myself to sleep to. But that was 30 lbs ago. The first thing u have to do is examine a normal day. Write down everything u eat that day and what physical activity u do, if any. Then u can see what u have to change. You can start by cutting pop out (empty cals!), and snacks, and fried food, and stuff like that. Try to go out and walk around the block, and drink lots and lots of water!
