Hey guys, me and my pal (both girls) have had a "fitness club" for a while but no matter what we do we just can't seem to loose the weight! I am 5'4 and weigh 148lbs and my friend is 5'2 and weighs 138lbs, all we want to loose is 20 to 25 lbs but as y'all know, its so hard and we've been trying on and off for a while! we have decided that this is our last chance! PLEASE HELP US! WE ARE OPEN TO EVERYTHING!!!!

Even if you fall...try TRY again! You can do it. You're also young, so that means your body is still maturing, along with your friends. So, if you make some simple changes in your diet (More water, less soda. More fruits and veggies, less junk food) you will see dramatic results in a matter of months. Working out together also quickens the results, and is a great way to spend time with your friends. If that means roller skating, biking, swimming in a pool, goofing off in a park, trails...anything! Just get moving. Don't ever tell yourself this is your last opportunity. It may be hard. You may fail a few times. But, just pick yourself back up where you left off. Then, you will soar. Reply from emis, Age 15 - 06/08/05 - IP#: 68.20.208.xxx What exactly do you do in your fitness club? Some tips are...cut oout your junk food and soda pop..drink lotsa water adn eat alot of fruits and veggies. Also i wouldnt count cals and carbs adn sugars and such...just watch them. GOod luck!! <33
