I have a question. You are sposed to eat alot of fuirts and veggies. So does that mean you can eat as much as you want? Also what do ya'll think is the best fruits/veggies to eat?? thankya and good luck! hope evvryone is doing great!! :)<333

Hey hun well fruits and veggies are definitely great for you as everyone knows. I would have to say though that veggies are probably better since fruits have a lot of sugar...though it is all natural it still adds up. I would still say though that you can really eat as much of these two groups as you want....but try not to eat any canned fruits b/c i know those have even more sugar and aren't good for you. Fruits and veggies are so wonderful for our bodies. You're doing yourself a favor when you eat them. I don't believe you can over do it. Some people have even made lifestyles out of it. That's all they eat! I personally couldn't do that, but I make sure to get my daily doses of fruits and veggies. Just make sure they take up the bulk of your evening and lunch meal. If you can't get them in everyday...don't beat yourself up over it. It's ok! As long as you understand the important role they play in our diet. They give us the natural nutrients that our bodies want. Even if we take vitamins...our body only uses about 10% of that pill. But, from foods...our body eats up those nutrients. So, bon appetite! they're awesome... i don't even measure the fruits i eat.. i can eat 5 apples and not even count it.. i mean...whoever got fat from eating fruit??

The new serving amount daily for fruits and vegetables is 11 servings, so it is doubtful if u are going 2 eat more than that. Fruits-b-a-n-a-n-a-s (lol), apples, canaloupe, and pineapple Vegetables- green beans, and form of potato, esp. fries, lol j/k!!!!
