Reply from abby, Age 13 - 06/09/05 - IP#: 24.14.167.xxx well, it depends, are you really overwieght, or do you just feel that way? i have a friend who takes dancing classes and she has abbs, and she says shes fat! it bothers me sooo much when people do that. but if you really are overwieght and you have low self-esteem, then do something to take your mind off it, thats what i do!!
Reply from ashley!, Age 15 - 06/09/05 - IP#: 206.222.221.xxx well if you are a dancer..you probably arent that much overweight..but if you are..then cut out pop..what might work better is to just do some toning stuff, like pilates.

Reply from Miss K, Age 18 - 06/08/05 - IP#: 12.109.75.xxx It's understandable to want to lose weight to feel more self confident about ourselves. Just know that if you have the willpower, you can make it happen! It's a lifestyle change, there won't be a "quick fix". You need to change your relationship with food, and you will see the pounds come off quickly. Good luck! We're here for you! :hugs: ~Miss K
