Reply from abby, Age 13 - 06/09/05 - IP#: 24.14.167.xxx there's a book called the diet for teens only, give that a try!! im trying to do the same thing and im using the book. my mom's taking me grocery shopping today and i want to buy the food for the diet. and oh yah, you can sort of mix and match the food on the diet, so if you dont like something they have planned, you change it to something you like according to the book!!!

Then start to drink water adn eat fruits adn veggies then workout like running jogging swimming biking workout videos.. ther all great. If you want to you can try zone perfect bars too. As for eating...don't drink pop, stay away from junk food but for your calorie intake...switch between a low, mid, and high calorie diet...it keeps ur metabolism going ;) good luck i know u can do it!!!
