hey guys...i hope y'all r doing good on ur goals and such..im not i mean i plan to workout but i never feel like doing it..anybody have ne motivational tips??

Just make yourself start something. Chances are, once you start...you'll get into it and not want to stop. I know I don't like to run, so I just start out walking when I exercise. Then, I eventually get bored and start a slow run. Hope I helped out! :hugs: ~Miss K

another thing that works is telling a friend that you should workout together..then when the time you set to workout comes and you dont want to..your friend will push you

when i dont wanna work out i turn on the radio or cd hten when my favorie song comes on i get motivated. LOL hope i helped some. Good luck!! :) :) <333

make sure you remind yourself why your wroking out and that you love yourself and you doign this to help. ou will get a long way. good luck
