Reply from sami, Age 17 - 06/08/05 - IP#: 70.32.223.xxx Pilates are kind of like yoga.. but its designed to tone and make your body more flexible.. it helps alot with people who have back problems and stuff (i feel down my stairs a few months ago and fractured a bone in my shoulder which is why i use it ).. But they help streghthen your body.. and every excersise you use your "core" which is your abs... it great and very relaxing. I use it everyday it makes you feel taller and it helps with posture and things like that.. if you have anymore questions just ask.. I use the winsor pilates tapes..good stuff.
