I have been running on a treadmille for the past 3 days and run a mile each time i dont have a scale though, would i be losing weight? i havnt been eating badly so thats not a factor

Take your smallest pair of clothes and each week try it on. Just once a week though! When it starts to get a little bit loose, you know you're losing weight! Keep up the great job. :hugs: ~Miss K
