Hmm I'm very split with myself right now. I'm doin pretty good. I did put my scale away cuz I wanna see a big change and I've been pretty disappointed with myself lately. Well newayz I got up and walked for a mile and a half like usual. Got home had a nutrigrain bar for breakfast (140 cals) Well I went to drop my lil bro off at basketball camp and my mom wanted McDonalds for lunch and well I couldn't say no. I just got a kids meal, chicken nuggets (250 cals) fries (230 cals) and a diet coke (0 cals)and oh yea ketchup (15 cals) I feel kinda bad that I had all that fried food when I could of got a salad or sumthin but then I'm proud I got myself a kids meal instead of a combo meal. Idk so far today um lets see 635 cals so far today. Hmm I don't know the plans for the rest of the day I'll give ya an update lata! *muahz*

That's good that you put your scale away. Our weight fluctuates with our water intake, so it's hard to get a right amount. Setting a single day and time a week usually makes it pretty acurate, and you can literally see the difference in weight. You're doing so well Whitney, and we're all here for you. Don't get discouraged about the McDonalds, I hear that a happy meal is equal to a regular meal. So, you did awesome there! You are such an inspiration for everyone, great job so far! :hugs: ~Miss K

hey, doncha hate it when you have the chance to go to mcdonald's, but you know you shouldn't? know when i go there, i get the fellet o fish, apple dippers, and lemonade, its still not the greatest, but its better than fries!! anyway, i want to go on this diet that i found in this book called the diet for teens only. i cant wait!! the diet should hopefully work! you should check out the book!

your doing awesome i felt bad bc i too had mcdonalds yesterday without any options bc i was on a road trip. it was no fun but today so far i have had about 120 calories.. a banana and a small yogurt. stay strong! we can do it bc we are girls... KICK BUTT!! haha that was really corny but hope you have an awesome summer and can wear that beautiful biki with pride soon!

Your doing great!! DOnt regret the Mickey Ds you still did good~ also..I know..i put my scale away too! i had someone hide it then next wednseday ill check..Miss K had the idea of "weigh in wednesdays" so Im gonna try that. But your doing awesome! great job/good luck! :):) <333
