Hmmmm....how do you guys think i did so far: Breakfast: zone perfect bar and a banana LUnch:lowfat yourgurt and a special kay bar dinner: wer gonn have tacos..but i think i wont have meat in it and not fry the shell. SNacks: il lprolly have a 100 cal pack and fudgesicle. By the end of the day ill have dranken 8 8oz bottles of water adn ill do my walk aaway the pounds 2 mile walk adn ran on tread for 25 mins. How bad is htis?? thanks guys! :) <33

Oh, and before I forget...Inez, if you don't like the taste of water you can add a bit of lemon juice or some kind of fruit juice into it to make it taste a bit better. I can usually chug water pretty fast, but I can understand it's hard. Oh, and Emis...those little bottles seem like a good idea. I'm going to have to go to Wal-Mart and get some. I always see them, but I never have bought them before. Silly me, I never thought to reuse the bottles. Thanks for the handy tip. :hugs: ~Miss K

(my dad was being gay one day but its good water) so ther like lil 8oz bottles! well what i do is with breakfast i drink 2 then fill them up and stickem in the fridge then wiht lunch i drink 2 then fill em up then when i exercise i drink 2 and fil em up then wiht dinner i drink 2. Then thats 8!!! its so easy you can chug them. I wouldnt be able to either but the lil bottles are so great and make it easy. <33 :):P

Reply from Ally, Age 15 - 06/09/05 - IP#: 68.209.179.xxx hey girl!! your doing great today! keep it up.. i thinkt hat the summer is the hardest time to diet bc food is constantly acessable to you, so right now your doing amazing! tacos arent too bad for you just make a taco salad by piling ALOT of letuce and put only a little bit of meat on top and then add things such as tomatoes on top! stay away from sour cream and the taco shell bc thats were cal. like to hid :) but deff put alot of salsa on top as your dressing bc salsa isnt bad at all for you! its known as a "free food" on jenny crieg!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND YOUR DOING AWESOME.. how much wieght have you lost??
