well i am FINALLY 16!!! but anyway..for my birthday i got a membership to the YMCA. I'm going to go and workout, but i am wondering how much i should do because during the summer i have mandatory weightlifting for softball, so i lift for 2 hours! so should i just do some running or stationary bike stuff or what?

yea you should deff. do some sort of intense cardio! it helps soooooo much!!

happy 16th!! Thats cool a memebership to the Y. All that lifting is good. And yes..you prolly should run or something if you want to exercise more. Congrats adn good luck!! :) <33

Wow! You lift for two hours? I'd say that's a work out in itself. Well, I haven't been to the YMCA since I was younger, but I'd say just to take any classes or programs that seem interesting or fun to you.
