hummswimming keeps me energized in the summer if you have a membership to anywhere or have a pool in your back yard. try going ton a long bike ride even maybe to your gym, get there do some wieght lifting , and then pedel home.... cardio, wieghts, and a save on gas!! i do it and its enjoyable my gym is about 2 miles away so it is pratical for me but may not be for you. try the elipical trainer next time you get to the gym, its kinda like running and what helps me baet the boredom is reading something while im working out!! your doing great! high school will be a fresh start if you just keep trying like you are now!

In home walking videos are great, but those would get pretty boring if you're a runner. Hm...I know the scenery is nice out when you run, I can understand. It's not the same as standing in place running, there's so much more freedom and things to look at! My only advice is to not run during the middle of the day when it's the warmest outside. Try to wake up early and run when it's cooler, or run in the evening before the sun sets. Those are when it's coolest during the summertime. Hope I helped you out! :hugs: ~Miss K
