hi i'm not to big if you look at me, but i am over wieght. every time i exersize i ussually gain muscule and dont loose much fat. what good exersizes could i do?

You could try strength training. Orcy is the one who always says it. You can ask her about it if your intneretesed (shes in florida now) but i dont no that much about it she just always reccomends it to people.

I know what you mean. I'm a swimmer (er..I used to be) and I'd aways get chunky muscles under my fat, but not see the fat diminish. My only advice is to stick to a healthy diatary plan, and to use lean weights when you work out. Running, walking, and light cardiovascular exercise plan will work wonders. It's the heavy weights that get us. Good luck with everything! :hugs: ~Miss K
