Hey, i weigh 215 POUNDS and im 5,6 feet tall. i been over weight ever since 5th grade and now im starting high school. i really need to loss weight. every time i start a diet i loss weight but end up gainging double what i lost. you see last year when i was going to finish 7th grade i weigh 190 pounds!i was lossing weight from a low carb diet, but it didnt work out for me. here i am a year later and I AM 25 POUNDS HEAVIER!!! THIS IS REALLY BAD. does any one have any ideas or some ways that could help me loss at least 25- 30 pounds in 3 months and then loss a total of 60 pounds in 7-8 months!! PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME I REALLY NEED TO LOSS WEIGHT!!!!!
Reply from L.R.C, Age 15 - 06/09/05 - IP#: 24.224.246.xxx Hey!I want pretty much the same thing that you want.I am new to this site,and I started my diet and exercising plan today.What I am doing and if you want to try too, is eating a good breakfast like an apple,orange,grapes or any fruit that you like,a gran muffin or a piece of whole wheat toast.Then for dinner or lunch,eat something light like pretzels and a low fat dip,yogurt,carrots and a low fat dip.Then for supper,try eating a good bit of veggies like brocoli and salads and try to cut out juice and soda with a water.Another thing that I am doing is filling up a few bottles of water,and putting some fruit in a small bag and putting it in the fridge so whenever I come home from somewheres,I can look in the fridge and grab one of them instead of cookies or potato chips.Also exercise for 30-60 minutes everyday and try not to starve yourself,if you are hungry...then eat...but try to make it something healthy! good luck!! =)
Reply from Jacquie, Age 15 - 06/09/05 - IP#: 4.159.155.xxx hey i know how it is you lose and then gain it back but you have alot of people to support you. try a workout tape, or jogging, walking the everyclassic crunches and situps. also watch what you eat. you can keep track of cals but thats only if you dont mind counting thats what i do. you can cut out/ down suger. and drink water. i hope i helped i know you can do it you seem to have alot of confidence and you know what you want good luck Plusizedbeauty@yahoo.com

For exercise workout videos are great like walk away the pounds or you could just do some fun summer activies like swimming, running, jogging, or go to the gym. If you have trouble keeping away from junk food good snack ideas are :: 100 cal packs (they have like oreo and chips ahoy which are rely good) fudgsicles, fruit, special kay bars are okay but i wouldnt eat them all the time. You see, there can be no "I kinda want to lose weight" or "I want to lose weight quickly and then eat whatever I want". You have to change you LIFESTYLE and RELATIONSHIP with food. If you can do that...you can accomplish your goals. Just know that you have a support team backing you up...us! You are not alone in this and we will do everything in our powers to help you! This website is jam packed full of information and tips! Read everything...and use that information to make your own diet plan that is easy enough to live with and won't deprive you of food or nutrition. The carb diets may work for a while, but they center around deprivation. You need a plan that you can stick with for a long time. Know that we support you! Good luck! :hugs: ~Miss K
