hey does anybody know good excercises to tone/lose the fat on inner && front of thighs? i can never seem to get rid of that! thanks so much

Im sure thers exercises, but just by running on the tredmill ervyday and walking has made an improvemt for me. Im sure you can find exercises in magazines or on the internet that will target that specific area. But neways good luck!!! :) <33

i bet theres books also....do squats and lunges and stuff..tthere is a exercise thing for ur thighs in fitness magazine this month if u wanna look at that..the tips and pictures really motivate me to do a good job! good luck!!

I'm not too sure. I know that running or walking works lower muscles in the legs. Hm. There are probably exercise tapes that you can buy that target muscles on your legs as well. But, if you continue to diet and exercise right, it may melt away on it's own. Hope I helped you out. Good luck with everything. :hugs: ~Miss K
