are zone perfect bars meal replacements or just a snack? and WHAT is so great about them because, to me, they seem to have a lot of sugar? can someone just give me info on these things and why and how they work?

They are meal replacements but they have 15 vitamins and minerals!! they fill you up. i don't want to write a novel about them LOL but go to www.zoneperfect.com I have been using them for a couple months and they were working well so i introduced them to everyone!!
