Reply from sami, Age 17 - 06/11/05 - IP#: 70.32.223.xxx you just like put in what you did all day.. anything from working out to walking to your car to dancing to cleaning anything and it will tell you how many calories you have burned for the whole day .. then you can put in everything you ate.. and depending on your weight and hight it will tell you if you ate to much and stuff.. its pretty neato
