ok i have problems in my belly hips thighs and butt i am clueless on what to do for exersizes i would really love some help PLZ i feel so big and out of control on my weight HELP ME PLZ

Ill say this again doggy lifts just get on your hands and knees and lift yo leg up like your doing a back kick I know it sounds stupid but belive me it gets the job done hatter out!
