Hey um in a diet, i don't eat breakfast..cuz i wake up late, anyway i eat about 1000 calories everyday may 1200 is that healthy? My weight doesn't seem to go down, i went down a size...but nothing else...! it just suxs

If you are not losing weight it's probably because you aren't eating enough. If you went down a dress size, that's probably because you lost fat and gained muscle, but you still definitely need to eat a little more to feed that muscle and kick-start your weight loss.
