Hey yall,
I am a pants size 18 and shirt size XL I would like to be a pants size 12 and shirt size M I want to get to this size by september 20 is it possible and what should I do to get to this size like special diet and exercises.

i suggest just cutting back on portion size! it helped me sooo much! i see that when i start to gain wieght, ive been overeating and overeating on the wrong kinda of foods like cremy pasta dishes or pizza or sweets... try a good work out routine that gets you enegized and excite about working out! try pilates to help sculpt your muscles and kick boxing to tone and shed away pounds swimming is good for you also and cardio 4-5 time a weeks with wieght lifting 3 times a week is what ALL nutritionists and trainers suggest! do at least 30 mins of energizing cardio about 4-5 times a weeks and 20 mins of 20 min light free wieght or machine lifting 3 times a week! i think you can do it if you practice self-control and determination!!!! why dont you buy something really cute in a size 12 or even borrow something for a friend and hang it up in your closet of somewhere you can see it every morning, leave positive notes to your self to work out or something like that around your room and set up healthy pictures of celebrities like drew barrymore and beyonce to give you an obtainable good celb role model...... >remember nothing tastes as good as looking good feels!< we have faith and love for you!--- Ally
