hey everyone! well this morning i woke up pretty late! like 11:00 and grabbed a yogurt smoothie of 80 cals... my friends called and i hopped across the street to meet them at the beach, we went for pizza, i had one slice but it was one of the big ones, then i had a donut, and a srawberry, banana ice cream. later i had like 5 grapes and some grilled chicken. i was doing SOOOOOO good until i got with my friends! gosh does anyone else do this????

I dont think you messed up terribly but i have noticed with my friends i mess up because they are all skinny and fit and they dont worry as much about what they eat hope i helped

Umm ... I honestly don't see how this was a mess-up. Obviously those weren't the BEST foods you could've eaten, lots of sodium and sugar and so on, but calorie-wise that probably didn't bring you overboard at all. You are too hard on yourself, you had an okay day!

Don't worry hun! We all have our mess ups (trust me!) I usually have a mini pig out when I'm with my friends too just cuz they rn't trying to change thier weight like us. Just try to be strong and maybe u'll even set an example for them! Stay Strong! *muahz*
