Hey, ive decided im going to try and not eat meat anymore but my mom said i wont get my protein but i know you can get it from like beans and stuff but i was just wondering how much protein do i need to have each day? Thanks, Good Luck to you all!!

they have really good frozen meals at the grocery stores that are just for vegetarians. there are lunch meats and other types of stuff that are made from soy and things like that that taste pretty good. you should read up on being vegetarian and get some vegetarian cook books and stuff before you do it though.

I don't eat a lot of meat but if you do decide to do this make sure u get on sum kind of a multivitamin (if ur not already) just to make sure ur getting everything ur body needs. Stay Strong! *muahz*

A friend of mine tried that for like 6 months and she wound up gaining more weight because she ate everything else to stop her from eating meat. Just a word of advice, I'm not saying it WILL happen to you though

Umm I don't know much about being a vegetarian and stuff like that but I've heard that being a vegetarian isn't always healthy. Now please don't get it wrong, I don't have anything against vegetarians, it's just, you can be healthy even if you eat meat right? All you have to do is watch the amount you eat. To all vegetarians out there, if you were offended by my reply, I am ssoo sorry, I didn't mean it.
