Hey everyone. I'm 5'4" and 155 pounds, I'd like to be down to 135 by August. I'm Jogging for about 15 minutes a day now and trying to control what I eat. Do you think what I'm doing could get me down to that 135? Tips?

Definatley! You could change it up with a workout video or somthing just for a change but sounds like you got it going on! godo luck i no you kin do it!! :) <33

I think it should! I think the hardest part of trying to get any weight off is cutting down on what u eat so good luck. My advice for jogging is this. Each week or so add a couple minutes to ur jog. It will help and stop u from hitting a plateau (those suck!) Hope this helps! Stay Strong! *muahz*

Hey I know this is going to sound like alot, but if you wanna lose weight you gotta work hard. You should try working out for at least an hour a day do something fun that you will enjoy like swimming in the pool that's a great sport plus you won't feel hot and sweaty or something like dancing with your friends, ETC. also if you wanna work on your abs try hollahooping (the fun way) or (the hard way) situps. i know it sounds like alot but it will all be worth it when you start seeing results and it's not like you have to do that forever when you get to a healthy weight range for your height, age and sex. then you could work out like three imes a week for like 15 min just to stay the way you are. OH and don't forget to eat right. Eat 3 balanced meals a day. Well i hope u feel better, good luck you can do it, bYe.
