okay i used to be just plump (5' "4" 170)...you know a lil bigger than all of my friends and i was okay with that bcuz my frends treated me normal....then i went on vacation to california wiht 5 of my friends for two weeks when school got out (our school got out way early [the 20 and we left the 21st) during that two weeks, we did alot of stuf in pairs of two. i was busy all day and i would hang out with all of them, just me and them along with everyone, and i would eat with every single one of them...and i did that for the whole two weeks. and when i got bac i pretty much did the same thing for another week until yesterday when i weighed myself and saw that i had gained 30 pounds in 3 weeks!! i went to try on a few of my clothes n none of them fit! one of my shirts rippes as i was puttin it on n then may fave pair of jeans ripped when i tried to button them. in california all i wore was stretch pants n big t's. i looked at myself in the mirror n saw my belly stickin out, a THIRD chin, and my back was just loadded with fat! i reallly need help to get this weight off! i dont want my mom to notice cuz then she'll make me go to the doctor for a new diet. i really dont want that...n its summer n i wanna look good instead of havin my rolls all over the place! HELP!

It was pretty easy to gain the weight right? It won't be so easy to lose it, believe me, but somewhere I heard the more weigh the easier it is to lose it, I used to know someone who weight 500lbs, anyway that person, just got control and started eating 2000 calories every day adn lost about 50lbs super fast like in 3 months obviously its because its a major change from eating 60,000 calories each day...so if he did it, u can too!!! Just get control of what u eat and u'll soon lose those 30lbs and more.. Good luck

Hey. Its okay, youll loose the weight. Have a good attitude throughtout your diet and it will take you far. A way to start is to cut out all junk food adn soda pop. Then start eating fruits adn veggies and exercise. Good luck i hope i helped some! :) <33

Well you just have to look at how u gained these 30 lbs and change it. Try and start to get active. Even if its sumthin small like walking around the mall or jumping on the trampoline. Also majorly watch ur intake! I'm guessing thats how u gained so much, just munching with friends right? LoL! I know how that goes! Just watch ur portions and try to cut a lot of that junk out and u'll see a difference! Hey u may even rub off on ur friends a lil bit.
